Why can’t we get good help?

It’s tough finding good employees,  I’ll give you that, but why would you handicap yourself further by putting bad ads on craigslist? Come on people, put some effort into hiring good help. Start by placing quality ads in order to attract quality people. If we’re going to raise the bar, some of you need to get your act together.

  1. While I’m not an expert at writing, I do know that they are all poorly written with spelling, capitalization, and gramatical errors. What that tells me as a prospective employee is that this may be representative of the posters’ way of doing things. If you cannot place a quality ad yourself, get someone to help you (as I do).
    I stand by my statement, good ads are the first step in attracting good employees.

    Here’s an ad from a successful, professionally run restaurant in Albany. They attract quality people.
